Jeevika SJY

The Jeevika SJY MRP app is designed specifically for field staff involved in the Jeevika SatatJeevikoparjan Yojana (सतत् जीविकोपार्जन योजना). It supports MRPs and other personnel in executing the scheme which targets sustainable livelihood opportunities for ultra-poor households traditionally engaged in the production, transportation, and selling of country liquor and toddy, primarily belonging to SC/ST and other marginalized communities.

Implemented by the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) under the Rural Development Department of the Government of Bihar, the scheme aims to reach approximately 200,000 ultra-poor households. This app serves as an essential tool for field staff to facilitate income-generating activities and livelihood interventions, fostering economic empowerment and self-sustenance among the targeted communities.
