The extension apparently adds results at the top of the google searches you make, for example, when I search in google "stackoverflow C# how to reference a connected service" and I have the extension enabled, the google results are shown, but after a little while results from unwanted stuff like hotels and vacations appear.

WARNING: This extension will show ads on Google main search page, it main purpose is to show you their ads and ruin your search experience. It will show you targeted ads even with AdBlock on. Beside, it barely work to download any media, and certainly not from YouTube since it is breaking their terms of agreement.
