Control+ lets you quickly and easily control your Belkin WeMo devices from your Apple Watch. It also lets you control them on your iPhone via the app and Today widget.

The free version allows complete control of one WeMo device. Upgrading to Pro within the app will allow you to control all of your devices. Note: Control+ is not endorsed by or affiliated with Belkin.
