Available to Avera Health Plans and DAKOTACARE members age 2+, virtual visits cover common minor illnesses. Most members can access free visits; members on HDHP, catastrophic, or Medicare Supplement plans are not eligible for the free option. Visits are $64 per visit for most members. If you have an HSA-eligible plan, IRS guidelines may apply to tax penalties for the free service, but you may use your HSA or FSA dollars where allowed.
