## Review summary

Users praise MyZio for easy setup, intuitive symptom logging, and a compact, user-friendly device/app combo that simplifies health tracking. However, multiple reviews converge on reliability and usability pain points: frequent server/time-out and login issues, a small and distracting Log Symptoms control (sometimes with video popups), a hard cap of 50 entries and difficulties exporting or sharing data, and a lack of real-time data visibility or Bluetooth integration. Overall, the app is easy to use but needs fixes to reliability, data access, and UI to be truly effective for clinicians.

### Pros

- Easy setup and intuitive symptom logging.
- The app and device are user-friendly and compact.
- Convenient health tracking with phone-based entry, reducing the need for a separate notebook.
- Overall positive for monitoring and logging health events.

### Cons

- Reliability issues: the app often times out or reports the server is down, and some logs don’t get recorded.
- Login persistence problems: you frequently have to re-enter email/password, and sessions don’t stay logged in.
- UI/UX problems around logging: the Log Symptoms button is very small and can be obscured, and pop-up videos disrupt logging.
- Data limits and sharing: there’s a 50-entry cap and exporting/sharing data with clinicians is difficult.
- Lack of real-time data and integration: no Bluetooth real-time view and limited visibility of data as it’s logged.
