## Description

Quell Relief Chrome Extension gives you advanced personalization and control of your Quell Pain Relief wearable. It connects via Bluetooth Low Energy to calibrate therapy, start or stop stimulation, and monitor current sessions, while tracking therapy, sleep, pain, and activity with up to two years of historical data.

Your therapy and tracking data are backed up to the secure Quell Health Cloud. The extension provides insights into sleep trends (eight dimensions), weather-related pain changes, battery life, electrode life, and device status. Designed to enhance your Quell experience, the extension works with the Quell device to deliver secure cloud-backed insights.

## Review summary

Users praise the Quell Relief app for its remote device control and integrated tracking (pain diary, sleep, and activity). The main drawbacks are recurring pairing/connectivity issues, app instability, and lack of Apple Watch/HealthKit integration. Improvements in reliability, cross-device support, and better onboarding would enhance the overall experience.

### Pros

- Pain diary, sleep and activity tracking integrated in the app for monitoring progress.
- Easy to use with complete control over therapy in a well-designed interface.
- Supports effective pain management by enabling therapy data tracking and feedback.

### Cons

- Frequent Bluetooth pairing/connectivity problems between the iPhone app and the Quell device.
- App instability: crashes, frequent logouts, and slow startup after updates.
- No Apple Watch compatibility or HealthKit integration, limiting hands-free control and data sharing.
- Some users report difficulty with setup documentation and pairing codes.
