## Review summary

User reviews are heavily negative, focusing on ads and performance issues. The dominant complaint is constant advertising that interrupts play after a few taps, sometimes every 5-10 taps or seconds. Players also report poor audio quality, with sounds that don’t resemble real drums and incorrect instrument mappings. There is noticeable input latency, making timing difficult. Several reviewers advise using GarageBand instead, noting it’s free, ad-free, and offers better functionality. A few mention the app appears to bait searches for GarageBand.

### Cons

- Excessive ads interrupt gameplay; reviewers report ads appearing after only a few taps (often every 5-10 taps or even more frequently).
- Poor sound quality and incorrect instrument mappings (e.g., hi-hat sounds like tambourine, ride as hi-hat, floor tom as snare).
- Noticeable latency/lag between tapping and audio output, leading to timing issues.
- Perceived inferiority to GarageBand; multiple reviews advise using GarageBand instead (free and ad-free).
- Ads cause accidental taps and navigation to the App Store, disrupting play and reducing usability.
