## Description

Open Nettest is an independent, transparent tool for measuring Internet performance across fixed, cellular, and Wi‑Fi networks. It reports download and upload speed, latency (ping), jitter, and packet loss using an open methodology with measurement servers located outside operators’ networks, in line with standards from BEREC and ITU.
