## Description

Card Crawl is a solitaire-style dungeon crawler played with a modified deck of standard cards. Clear the dungeon of 54 cards by using item-cards, slaying monsters, and managing your limited inventory. On each run you can use five ability-cards (mini deck building) to gain unique skills.

Features include four single-player game modes (normal, constructed, daily, and delve), a dungeon deck editor for building and sharing custom decks, and 35 unlockable ability-cards. With Game Center integration to compare high scores and decks, most games last two to three minutes—perfect for a quick session or waiting in line.

## Review summary

Overall, players praise Card Crawl for its addictive deck-building, visuals, and replay value, with offline play and good price. However, stability issues, authentication/purchase problems, repetition, and monetization concerns temper the experience. Addressing reliability, payment flow, and variety would significantly improve satisfaction while preserving the game’s core strengths.

### Pros

- Addictive deck-building roguelike with RNG that keeps rounds fresh.
- Engaging visuals with dungeon aesthetic and smooth animations.
- High replay value and portability; playable offline and great for travel.
- Clear value for price; free to try and worth the price.
- Easy to learn but with enough depth and progression.

### Cons

- Frequent crashes and stability issues across devices and game states.
- Game Center authentication and restore-purchase problems blocking play.
- Repetitive gameplay over time; matches can feel similar and become stale.
- Monetization concerns about unlocking content and a preference for upfront pricing.
