NOVAmobile delivers true mobile workforce management by bringing NOVAtime’s Time and Attendance capabilities to iOS devices. It supports clock-in/out, timesheets, schedules, accruals, expense reporting, and HR/payroll data access for both remote staff and on-site teams, with secure, role-based access and straightforward configuration. Leveraging NOVAtime 5000 SaaS, the app integrates core overtime, attendance, and reporting features into a mobile-friendly experience.

Key capabilities include offline punching, geo‑fenced auto-transfer and location verification, and seamless switching between supervisor and employee roles. Supervisors can review and approve timesheets, manage time-off requests, and build teams on the go. Additional benefits cover GPS tagging of punches and BYOD deployment, though server configuration and a NOVAtime client are required. Note that geolocation data is collected with user authorization and remains under the client’s control.
