## Description

Engage SSF is a mobile-friendly tool that lets residents contact the City from their device. You can send questions, file complaints, or share kudos, and you can attach photos and exact locations using GPS and the device camera. Submissions are routed to the appropriate City department for timely handling.

After submitting, you’ll be notified when action is taken, and community members can follow and comment on your submission. Engage SSF makes it easier than ever to reach City services and participate in local governance.
