## Description

内容提要：
        移动监测系统包含以下功能：监测数据、施工工况、现场巡查、工作量统计、发布统计、安全预警、通讯录、话题
1.     监测数据
        查询各监测项目的监测数据，以及查看测点曲线
2.     施工工况
        可查询项目的施工工况，按工况起始时间、结束时间（可为空）分为进行中和已完成两种状态。
3.     现场巡查
        可查询现场巡查记录，并支持相关权限用户（暂定项目班组、项目负责人）可对现场巡查进行上传和编辑功能
4.    工作量统计
        可按次数（可单选或多选）查看监测的工作量（测试测点数），各监测项目的工作量（测点数）及其占总工作量（测点数）的百分比，并以可视化的图形表示。
5.    发布统计
       可对监测数据上传及发布的及时性进行统计分析，内容包括：最近发布数据的时间、当前监测频率、监测数据合计发布次数、工程文档合计发布数两、通知公告合计发布数量。
6.    安全预警
       本功能模块对项目的安全预警进行分析管理，内容包括：当前项目综合报警状态、监测数据报警状态、现场巡查风险情况，及项目历史预警情况。
7.    通讯录
       可查询项目相关参见方的人员信息，包括姓名、所属单位、角色、职位、联系方式，点击手机号可直接进行拨号。
8.   话题
      本功能模块可由用户自由创建、编辑讨论话题，其他用户可查看、关注、留言参与讨论，话题信息包括：标题、描述、照片，新话题实现推送通知功能。
