## Description

**SharkSmart** is the official NSW Government app for staying informed and safe at beaches across New South Wales. Check real-time shark alerts, tagged shark detections, sightings, drone patrol observations, beach closures, weather, water quality, patrol information and other local conditions before you visit.

Save favourite beaches, customise notifications by location, region or time, and receive daily updates and nearby beach arrival reminders. Explore shark and marine species information, follow tagged shark movements, and use the AI-powered **Ask SharkSmart** assistant for answers about sharks, beach safety and current conditions. Apple Watch compatibility lets you receive important alerts on your wrist.
