## Description

ACT Chula Vista is a mobile app that makes it easy to report non-emergency neighborhood issues while on the go. Users can alert, connect and track requests—upload photos, choose the right category (graffiti, potholes, damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles, illegal dumping), and follow updates from submission to resolution. All requests are routed to city staff to speed up addressing concerns and keep Chula Vista looking great.
