金庸（1924年3月10日—2018年10月30日），本名查良鏞，被譽為武俠小說史上的「一代宗師」和「泰山北斗」。他繼承了古典武俠小說精華，開創了形式獨特、情節曲折、描寫細膩且深具人性和豪情俠義的新派武俠小說先河。金庸不僅博學多才、文思敏捷，文學造詣極高，且琴棋書畫、天文曆算、陰陽五行、奇門遁甲、儒道佛學均有涉獵，被譽為「綜藝俠情派」。他的作品膾炙人口，深受武俠小說迷的歡迎，亦被改編成影視劇集、遊戲、漫畫等產品。其作品藝術成就之高、影響力之大，至今無人能比肩。
