## Description

The Harvard Pilgrim Chrome Extension puts your health plan in your browser. It lets you view benefits and eligibility, access your digital ID card, find or change your PCP, and review deductible and out-of-pocket costs. It also shows your last 18 months of claims history.

The extension also lets you Find a Provider nearby, view Your Health Record (visits, procedures, immunizations, medications), and use the Message Center to send and receive secure messages with Harvard Pilgrim. Stay informed about your health plan with quick, secure access.
