Hollywood Connect is your connection to the City services. 

Whether you live here, work here or play here, this free, easy-to-use app allows you to submit service requests for code violations, potholes, streetlight outages, unsafe conditions and more directly from your mobile device. Service requests are routed to the appropriate department for attention and will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you’ll be notified when they are resolved.
