## Description

Run Half Marathon provides an 18-week schedule (3 days per week) to guide you from zero to a half marathon. Sessions are about 50 minutes for the first half and 100 minutes for the second half, with run/walk intervals, smart prompts, and vibration alerts to tell you when to run or walk. The app saves your workouts, tracks your route with GPS, and lets you log and share your training progress on Facebook, Twitter, or email, helping you stay motivated and accountable.

Key features include GPS route tracking, distance in miles or kilometers, background operation, reminders, and the ability to listen to your own music. It supports iPhone and iPad (universal version), lets you set reminders, and awards badges after completing plans. For questions, contact linklinksapp@tom.com. Note that continued GPS use in the background can reduce battery life.
