## Description

This app connects to your account on the RestoreHealth service to provide your daily lessons and activities.

HealthKit is integrated into the RestoreHealth application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.
