## Description

The Marine Rescue NSW Chrome Extension is the official safety companion for NSW boaters. Log trip details directly to Marine Rescue NSW by entering vessel image, number on board, hours on the water, and your planned journey location. After logging on, you can log off when you return to record a complete, incident-free trip; if you don’t, alerts help responders act quickly.

An optional safety-tracking feature records your location every 30 minutes to support targeted searches in an emergency. Marine Rescue NSW is the state’s official volunteer marine rescue service, with more than 3,000 members in 46 Marine Rescue units from Point Danger to Eden and on the Alpine Lakes, delivering swift emergency response, marine safety education, and broad radio coverage along the coastline to keep NSW boaters safer.
