## Review summary

Users generally praise WellRight for being easy to use, offering engaging, motivating wellness challenges, and supporting workplace programs from anywhere. They like the variety of challenges, goal tracking, and reminders that help accountability. However, recurrent issues include unreliable syncing with wearables (Fitbit, Apple HealthKit), persistent or hard-to-disable notifications, questionable data accuracy and point tracking, and UX/UI friction and integration limitations that slow adoption. Some stability bugs and design criticisms appear. Overall sentiment is mixed: positive utility and motivation offset by reliability and data integration problems.

### Pros

- Easy to use and intuitive interface.
- Engaging and motivating wellness challenges that encourage daily activity.
- Supports workplace wellness programs and is convenient for on-the-go tracking.
- Wide variety of wellness challenges and flexible goal tracking, including the ability to create your own goals.
- Reminders to track goals help with accountability.

### Cons

- Unreliable syncing with wearables (Fitbit and Apple HealthKit) leading to missing data and outdated points.
- Push notifications and reminders are hard to control, with challenges showing completed status and no clear way to disable them.
- Data and reports can be inaccurate or incomplete (incorrect assumptions, points not reflecting activity, lack of historical context).
- UX/UI friction and integration issues, including limited direct Apple Watch integration and an older-looking design.
