## Description

**ARki: Building + Room Planner** is a 3D home design and augmented reality app for planning rooms, homes, buildings, and interiors. Create floor plans with LiDAR scanning or manual drawing, arrange furniture with drag-and-drop tools, test wall colors and flooring, and visualize designs in realistic 3D or life-sized AR walkthroughs.

With more than 1,000 3D furniture and decor models, ARki helps homeowners, renters, DIYers, architects, and interior designers explore layouts before making real-world changes. Professionals can import FBX and GLB models from tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Blender, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD, then present projects using mixed reality, accurate scaling, material palettes, animations, and explodable models. Projects can be shared through snapshots, videos, and interactive plans across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Personal and Professional subscriptions unlock expanded model libraries, precision editing, drawing features, and advanced design tools.
