It supports unattended devices, servers, digital signage, and POS systems, plus multi-monitor setups and Wake-On-LAN.

Beyond basic control, AR-enabled Assist AR offers live, visual guidance by placing 3D markers in the user’s environment. The app works across operating systems, uses 256-bit AES encryption, traverses firewalls and proxies, and allows quick setup with QuickSupport and optional camera or microphone permissions.
