Plan a day, a week, or a four-week month. Recipeas retrieves a broad set of candidates from more than five million real recipes, applies your hard rules, and organizes the whole plan around variety, time, leftovers, freshness, and grocery efficiency.

What you can do:
• Set household size, servings, schedule, cooking time, equipment, pantry items, allergies, and preferences.
• Review a complete plan before cooking.
• Replace, lock, move, or resize any meal without rebuilding everything.
• Regenerate one slot or only the unlocked part of the week.
• Consolidate ingredients into one shopping list with pantry, buy-later, bulk, and freeze-now guidance.
• See freshness and freezer guidance based on when each meal is scheduled.
• Search and save source recipes at any time.
• Export a clear, large-type PDF for printing or sharing.

Recipeas uses deterministic code for constraints, quantities, scoring, optimization, and shopping calculations. It does not rely on a chat prompt to enforce household safety rules. If required allergy or dietary data is not verified, automatic planning fails safely instead of guessing.

Nutrition values are estimates when calculated. Planning profiles are treated as sensitive data and stored locally. No account, subscription, or ads are required.
