Four students set out to fix a twelve-minute school lunch line. Over 24 modules they frame the problem, time the line with a stopwatch, test a paper sign-up, get told no by the cafeteria manager, and ship something that isn't the app they started with. You learn the job by watching them do it, and then doing it yourself.
