## Description

Set it once - EyeBreak knows when your eyes need a break and gently reminds you. No intrusive timers, no constant checking - just smarter care for your vision.

Give your eyes a simple reset during long screen sessions.
EyeBreak helps you build healthier screen habits without adding another task to your day. Unlike ordinary timer apps, it doesn’t interrupt you on a rigid schedule. Set it up once, then let it work quietly in the background—reminding you only after sustained use of the apps, categories, and websites you choose.
EyeBreak follows the 20-20-20 rule: after about 20 minutes of continuous screen use, look at something roughly 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds. Regular breaks can help reduce eye strain, dryness, and fatigue from extended screen time.
HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the apps, categories, and websites you want to monitor with Apple’s Screen Time controls.
• EyeBreak tracks continuous use across your selected items.
• Receive a gentle reminder when a break is genuinely due—not simply when a timer runs out.
• Open EyeBreak and start a guided 20-second break timer.
• A longer pause resets the session, while switching between selected apps keeps it going.
DESIGNED FOR FOCUS
No constant checking, manual tracking, or intrusive countdowns. Once configured, EyeBreak fits naturally into your day and helps make eye care a simple, sustainable habit. Because reminders rely on iOS Screen Time events, delivery timing may vary slightly.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your selected apps and settings stay on your device. EyeBreak does not require an account, includes no advertising SDKs or analytics, and does not send your activity to a server.
EyeBreak is a wellness reminder and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
