## Description

Can't stop scrolling? MindLock locks your distracting apps behind a quick brain challenge. Solve it to get in for a few minutes, then they lock again.

Turn mindless scrolling into a moment of thinking.

MindLock puts a short quiz or word game between you and your most distracting apps. Get it right and they open. Get it wrong and they stay locked for a 10-minute cooldown. No willpower needed, just a few seconds of real thought before the feed.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps and websites that eat your day.
2. Open one and the lock screen stops you. Tap it to start a challenge.
3. Pass, and your apps open for as long as you set, from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4. Time's up? They lock again on their own. A countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows how long you have left.

PICK YOUR CHALLENGE
• Quiz: quick rounds on up to 5 themes, like Math, Logic, Geography, History, Animals, Movies and People.
• Spelling Bee: hear a word, then type it letter by letter. Exact spelling only.
• Word Collapse: start with a long word and remove letters to make a shorter real word, again and again. Hit a dead end and you're locked out.
• Random: a surprise every time. Mixed themes, spelling words or a Word Collapse puzzle.

SET THE FRICTION
Five levels, from Easy to Perfect Run. Easy asks for 3 correct answers out of 5, with hints. Perfect Run asks for 15 out of 15, with 10 seconds per question and no second chances.

SHORTCUTS HAVE A PRICE
Really need an app right now? Use an emergency unlock straight from the lock screen. You get a few a day, and each one adds an extra question to your next quiz.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
MindLock is built on Apple's Screen Time. We never see which apps you open or for how long. Notifications are only for quizzes and unlocks. No marketing, ever.

Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
