## Description

modoomoa keeps a field job together from the first call to the money.

Take the job while you are still on the phone. Photograph the work as you do it. Add the parts and what they cost. Close it, and the customer gets a record by text. At the end of the month the figures are already there.

WHAT IT DOES

· Take a job — customer, address, problem and date on one screen. It lands on the calendar and the list straight away.
· On site — before and after photos, video and voice, the work items and the parts, all on the job itself.
· Parts and expenses — enter them where you are. A name you type once completes itself the next time.
· Settlement — revenue, part cost, expenses and profit by day, month, quarter, half-year or year. Paid and unpaid sit side by side.
· The customer's record — what was done, the photos, the amount. Sent by text. Nothing for them to install.
· Staff — owner, manager, technician, contractor. Each sees what the job needs. Part cost and settlement stay on the owner account.
· Notes, tidied by AI — jot down what you know and it comes back as jobs and dates. Free while subscribed, with a monthly limit.
· Keep it — back up and restore everything. Video and voice stay on the phone, so move those across before you change devices.

WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone who visits customers, does the work and bills for it. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locks, glazing, cleaning, landscaping, IT call-outs and the rest. One person or a small crew.
