## Description

A 3D human anatomy atlas, fully offline: 2,234 whole-body parts, 150 reference scenes, French, English and Latin names. No account, no data collection.

Vesalia is a 3D atlas of human anatomy, fully offline.

• Whole body: 2,234 parts (skeleton, muscles, vessels, nerves, organs, cartilage, ligaments) organized by region and by system.
• The body is the map: tap a part to identify it, isolate it, remove it, hide layers, see through, rotate and zoom freely.
• Layer by layer: a single slider peels the layers from skin to skeleton; hidden layers remain visible as ghosts.
• Reference library: 150 detailed scenes (brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, eye, knee, inner ear, spine, pelvis…), with male and female models.
• French, English and Latin nomenclature (Terminologia Anatomica), FMA identifiers, instant search ignoring accents and case.
• A detail sheet for every part: name, Latin name, group, laterality, source, license and notice.
• Every model carries its source: BodyParts3D, Human Reference Atlas (HuBMAP), Visible Human Project (University of Denver, VOXEL-MAN), SPL atlases from the Open Anatomy Project.

Designed for health students, teachers, practitioners and the curious. No sign-up, no data collection. Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Vesalia is a learning tool: it provides no diagnosis, medical advice or treatment information. The models come from reference segmentations converted by the app; their anatomical validation by a qualified reviewer has not been carried out.
