## Description

Everything you write stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, no servers — and a grid that tells you what actually needs doing today.

Goalgrid is a planner for people who keep too much in their head.

Capture anything into the Inbox without deciding where it belongs. Sort it into a day, a week or a month when you have the attention to spare. Tasks break into steps, and steps break down further, as deep as the work actually goes — each level can carry its own deadline.

THE GRID

The name comes from the Eisenhower matrix. Every active task sits in one of four quadrants — Do now, Schedule, Hand off, Drop — and Goalgrid works the default out from the deadline: due this week means do now, due later means schedule, no date at all means drop.

You can override it. Drag a task into any quadrant, or pick one in the task card, and it stays there regardless of dates. Drag it back to where the rule would put it and the override lifts.

WHAT IS INSIDE

• Inbox, Today, Plans — capture first, sort later
• Nested steps, as deep as you need, each with its own due date
• Areas of responsibility, so work and home do not blur together
• Delegation with an assignee, kept out of your own lists
• A comment thread on every task, for the context that never fits in a title
• Repeating tasks
• Local reminders on the day something is due
• An archive of what you finished

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

There is no account and no sign-up. Goalgrid makes no network requests at all: everything you write lives in the app's own storage on your iPhone. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party components. Deleting the app deletes the data.

This is a deliberate trade-off, and you should know both sides of it: nothing leaves your device, and equally, nothing syncs to another one.

Goalgrid opens with a handful of example tasks so you can see how the pieces fit together. One tap in More removes them.
