## Description

Chihaoup keeps expenses, progress, and actual usage in a single ledger. You can enter the total number of pages or content for purchase costs and subsequent expenditures, update the scope, and view expenses that haven't yet generated citations. When you encounter a paragraph that's actually used in writing or a report, save the location and then link it to the specific deliverable. The data utilization chart shows both the percentage and the number of citations, helping to distinguish between read and used data. The deliverables index compiles source evidence by name, allowing you to mark it as complete or reopen it for further organization. For data that has been inactive for a long time and has no citations, the application will explain the reason for its removal, which you can decide to do.
