Your apps stay locked until you walk. Every 250 steps earns a minute of screen time. Spend it on a timed break, then the lock comes back on its own.

Screen Walk turns your steps into screen time. Pick the apps and websites that pull you in, and Screen Walk keeps them behind a lock screen. Every 250 steps you take earns one minute of screen time (adjustable from 100 to 1,000 steps per minute). When you want to scroll, spend the minutes you have earned: your apps unlock for the time you choose, then lock again on their own.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the apps and websites to lock with Apple's own app picker. Your choices never leave your phone.
• Walk. Steps come from Apple Health, so a walk with your phone in your pocket or with your Apple Watch counts.
• Spend minutes on a timed break. When the break ends, the lock comes back automatically, even if Screen Walk is not open.
• Unspent minutes roll over to the next day, then expire. Walk today, scroll tomorrow, but no stockpiling.

SCREEN WALK PRO
Screen Walk requires Screen Walk Pro after a 2-week free trial: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, or a one-time $99.99 lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
