TONIGHT
• Start a sleep session and set your wake time
• Place iPhone flat on a nightstand near the mattress (not under a pillow)
• Premium options: Audio insights (snore, talk, cough), smart wake, and morning pulse reminder after you stop

INSIGHTS
• Free: quality score, sleep efficiency, light and deep stages, 7-night history, basic trends, sleep calendar
• Premium: full stage timeline chart, awake and REM stages, overnight audio events, smart wake, unlimited history, all trend metrics, morning pulse (PPG), Apple Health sync
