TruRace brings head-to-head competition to recreational running.

Instead of getting lost in a huge field, TruRace creates a race within the race by matching runners with competitors at a similar performance level. Run the events you already want to run, compete in matched heats, follow your results, and climb the TruRace leaderboard.

With the TruRace app you can:

• Record outdoor runs using GPS
• Keep recording while your phone is locked or the app is in the background
• Sync eligible running activities from Apple Health
• Build and maintain your competitive running profile
• View upcoming TruRace races
• See your assigned heats and competitors
• Track race results and leaderboard standings
• Follow your progress across multiple races

TruRace is designed for runners of all speeds. You do not need to be an elite athlete to experience meaningful competition—you just need runners near your level and a finish line worth racing toward.

TruRace operates as an independent competition layer around existing organized running events. Runners generally register for the underlying event separately through the race organizer.

Eligible TruRace competitions may include prizes funded by TruRace. Results are based on verified athletic performance. TruRace does not offer wagering or chance-based outcomes.
