Whether you are skipping a meal, setting aside screens, or entering an extended fast, Tarry walks with you. Each day of your fast the app offers Scripture that becomes richer through the experience of hunger, voices from the saints across 2,000 years of church history, structured prayer, and a quiet journal to capture what God is doing.

Tarry adapts to your fast. A one-day fast and a 40-day fast are completely different spiritual experiences, and the app treats them that way - the Scripture, reflections, prayers and journal prompts all progress through an arc that matches the journey you are on.

Not every fast is a fast from food. A media fast is never told to stop eating, and a fast you name yourself is spoken to in your own terms.
