## Description

ASKA Suite is the app for companies where several teams need Odoo away from the office, and where nobody wants to roll out five different apps.

Fifteen domains are covered: sales, invoicing, CRM, stock, scanning, deliveries, tasks, attendance, employees, expenses, manufacturing, rental, fleet, events, point of sale.

On first launch, you tick what you use. The app downloads only that, which keeps it fast and lets it hold out a full day with no network. It also reads the list of modules actually installed on your server and greys out the rest: on an Odoo without manufacturing, manufacturing does not appear. You add a domain whenever you want, the next sync takes care of it.

Whatever the phone can do, the app puts to work:

• barcode scanning for stock operations and counts
• voice dictation to fill a field without a keyboard
• reading a receipt from a photo, without retyping it
• signature on screen
• label printing on a Bluetooth printer
• unlocking by fingerprint or face recognition

ASKA Suite runs on an Odoo Community as well as an Enterprise, with nothing to install on your server. Fourteen of the fifteen domains rest on standard Odoo modules. The fifteenth, Rental, relies on an Enterprise module and simply disappears from the launcher if you do not have it.

Your business data goes from the phone to your Odoo server. No ASKA machine sits on that path. The app uses Google ML Kit, on the device, to read receipts, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports.
