## Description

ASKA Field is the app of the technician who spends the day at customer sites.

It opens on today’s route, not on a menu. In the morning, at the depot, it loads the jobs, the sheets to fill in, the contact details and the history of every customer. After that, the network no longer matters. A basement, a dead zone, an underground car park: the app keeps working and sends everything back to Odoo once the connection returns.

The job sheets are the ones you configured in Odoo. Change one in the ERP and it changes on the phones at the next sync. Nobody redevelops a form.

On site, the technician:

• starts the timer with one tap, the hours land back in Odoo
• fills in the job sheet and has it signed on screen
• scans a piece of equipment or a catalogue reference
• photographs what was found and what was fitted
• pulls up past jobs at this customer
• opens the map of sites nearby

ASKA Field extends the Field Service module of Odoo Enterprise: it reads your worksheet templates and the status of your field service tasks. An Enterprise instance is therefore required.

Your job data goes from the phone to your Odoo server. No ASKA machine sits on that path. The app uses Google Maps for the map display and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports.
