## Description

A private pain journal with easier check-ins, a calendar, pain patterns, and appointment summaries. No account, ads, subscriptions, or cloud sync.

PainTrack is a private journal for recording where you feel pain and looking back at your observations over time.

CHECK IN AT YOUR OWN PACE
• Record No Pain, or mark precise locations on a rotatable 3D body or a simple front-and-back map.
• Describe each location as Baseline, Discomfort, or Flare.
• Add an optional note.
• Continue an automatically saved draft when you are ready.
• Start with your last pain locations, review them, and adjust what has changed.
• Correct an entry while keeping its original date and previous versions.

LOOK BACK WITH LESS EFFORT
• See which days have saved check-ins on a calendar.
• Explore how frequently you recorded pain in different locations on your chosen body illustration.
• Create an appointment summary to help explain your observations. Notes are excluded unless you choose to include them.
• Choose a daily reminder time and an optional second reminder. There are no streak targets or missed-day penalties.

YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CHOICE
Check-ins, drafts, previous versions, body locations, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You can export a password-protected encrypted backup and restore it into an empty PainTrack journal. Keep both the backup file and its password; PainTrack cannot recover them for you.

Backups and appointment summaries leave the app only when you choose to save or share them. The destination or recipient you select then controls that copy. PainTrack has no user accounts, journal backend, cloud sync, ads, analytics, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The optional public support form does not receive or prefill your journal data and is described in the Privacy Policy.

PainTrack records user-reported observations. It does not diagnose, treat, measure vital signs, or provide emergency services. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
