Rehearsal lets you practice a difficult workplace conversation with someone who responds realistically, including the pushback, silence, and defensiveness that can make prepared words disappear.

This isn’t generic encouragement. Confidence comes from evidence: what you actually said, how you handled pressure, and what changed when you tried again.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Describe what’s happening.
Start messily, the way you would explain it to a friend. Rehearsal reads the situation back, confirms your goal, and builds the other person only from what you know.

2. Meet the difficult part.
Choose how you want to rehearse. In full-duplex conversation, keep speaking naturally, overlap, and interrupt as you would in the room. Or take it slowly: think through your words and tap Send turn when you are ready. Either way, they answer back and do not simply agree.

3. See what held.
The debrief points to your actual turns. It shows what remained clear under pressure, where you lost your footing, and one useful thing to practice next. No grades and no personality score.

4. Try the whole conversation again.
Completed attempts stay separate. When two attempts put pressure on the same behaviour, Progress shows what changed and the moments that support the comparison. When they are not comparable, the app says so.

WHERE YOUR WORDS GO

Speech recognition runs on a service outside your phone. Audio is transcribed as you talk and is not recorded or stored. What you said and the situation you described go to a language model to write the next reply.

There is no sign-up: no email, name, or password. The transcript, debrief, and Anchor are kept under an anonymous ID so replay and Progress can work. You can request deletion from Settings.

Nothing you record here is used to train a model of ours. We do not have one.

PRICING

US$9.99 a month with the first three days free, or a one-off US$4.99 week pass for a single conversation.

The monthly plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. The week pass is bought once and never renews.
