Vertue is a private members' concierge, created for those whose time is their most valuable asset.

At its heart is a single, quiet promise: whatever you need, a dedicated concierge who knows you is only a message away. Ask in your own words  by text, photograph, document or voice note  and the details are taken care of, discreetly and without fuss.

A curated world, close to hand

Your home feed opens onto the things our members ask for most: Fine Dining, Travel, Luxury Shopping, Events, Private Members' Clubs, Education & Tutors, Household Staffing, Nightlife, Experiences and Gifting. Each is a doorway to a conversation, not a catalogue.

A concierge who remembers

Your concierge keeps the details that matter  the anniversary that must not be missed, the table you always prefer, the way you like to travel. Important dates are quietly remembered, and you are reminded in good time.

Considered recommendations

When you make a request, your concierge replies with thoughtfully chosen recommendations  a restaurant, a suite, a seat at an occasion worth attending  presented clearly, ready for your word.

Simple, secure settlement

When something is arranged on your behalf, payment is made in the conversation, using a card saved securely to your account. Every request you make is kept in one place, so nothing is ever lost.

Considered by design

Add the members of your household. Protect your profile with Face ID. Receive a gentle notification only when there is something worth your attention. Nothing shouts; everything is where you expect it.

Membership is by invitation

Vertue is not open to all. Membership follows an application and approval; members sign in with the personal code issued to them. There is no public sign-up within the app.
