UNDERSTAND YOUR RECORDS
• Compare your logs with pressure, temperature, humidity and other local weather conditions.
• Explore personal correlations with sample sizes and clear explanations of data limits. A pattern does not prove a cause.
• Keep a monthly record of medication days.
• Optionally read sleep and cycle data from Apple Health. Umber never writes to Health.

OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANT
Ask about your logged data or prepare questions for a visit. AI requires your consent, an internet connection and credits. Messages and selected log context are processed by our service and OpenAI. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or dosing advice.

FREE LOGGING, OPTIONAL PREMIUM
Logging, history and data export remain free. Premium adds advanced insights, additional doctor reports, extended pressure history and pressure alerts. Annual and monthly subscriptions include a monthly AI credit allowance. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with a one-time credit grant; it does not include a recurring allowance. Extra credit packs are optional. Prices and any trial eligibility appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.

No app account is required. Your diary stays on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud. All permissions are optional. Product analytics are off by default. No ads or cross-app tracking.
