TRAINING PLANS Answer a few questions about your position, your level and how often you train, and the app builds a plan around it. Sessions are laid out day by day so you know what you're doing before you get to the gym. DRILLS A library of technical drills — ball-handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, passing. Each one comes with what to set up, what to focus on, and how long to spend on it. Some drills use live callouts and reaction cues so you're reacting rather than repeating. FILM ROOM Record a clip of yourself training or playing, and the app analyses what it can see: your form, your decisions, your movement. You get a written breakdown with specific moments from the clip and drills that target what showed up. The analysis is automated and works from frames of your video. It tells you when it can't assess something rather than guessing, and it will decline a clip it can't read. It's a training aid, not a replacement for a coach. RUN TRACKING GPS tracking for runs and conditioning work. Distance, pace, duration and route, logged alongside the rest of your training so it all sits in one place. NUTRITION Log meals by barcode, by photo, or by typing them in. Track calories and macros against goals you set. Barcode data comes from Open Food Facts with micronutrient information from USDA FoodData Central.
