Scan with LiDAR on Pro iPhones, or tap the floor corners on any iPhone. Nestable keeps the measured walls, doors, and floor area, then furnishes the space from a rental-safe catalog so sofas, beds, kitchens, and baths sit at true scale not guesswork.

Design a lounge, kitchen, bedroom, office, or washroom. Pick a look, walk the 3D model, and move pieces until the layout feels right. Save rooms into a home folder, join them on a floor plan, and record a top-down tour of the whole place plus each room.

Share a professional proposal: a multi-page PDF with each furnished space, measurements, and a budget-to-designer estimate, together with 3D orbit clips the client can watch on their phone.
