## Description

Fast, precise, and completely offline. No account, no ads, no bloat, nothing collected. Pay once for the full set, or use it free for as long as you like.

Easy as Tuning is dead simple
• Pluck a string and it tells you the note and how far off you are, in cents, accurate to well under one on a clean signal
• It uses the McLeod Pitch Method rather than a plain frequency count, which is why it settles on a note fast, and is as precise as it is

Includes the 2 most popular tuning visual's
• A needle when you want to read a number, and a strobe for precision
• The strobe works the way the mechanical ones do: three bands, each running at twice the harmonic of the one below it. Off pitch they slide. On pitch they stop dead and line up. There is nothing to read, and spotting motion against stillness is about the most sensitive thing your eyes can do

Built for ease
• It finds the string you are playing on its own, and moves to the next untuned one when that lands
• A chime and a tap in the hand tell you without you having to look
• Left-handed layout if you want the string row mirrored
• Reference pitch anywhere from 415 to 466 Hz
• A capo offset
• In-tune windows from two cents up to twenty
• Sharps, flats, or solfege if that is how you read

Sixty-eight tunings
• Standard tunings are free for every instrument in the app, and there are a lot of them:
◦ guitar in six, seven and twelve string, bass in four, five and six
◦ ukulele, banjo, violin, viola, cello, double bass, mandolin, mandola
◦ bouzouki, charango, oud, lap steel and more

• The Full Set adds the other thirty-four:
◦ drop, open, modal and cross tunings
◦ DADGAD, open G and the rest
It also unlocks unlimited custom tunings, the modern style, a display color of your choosing, and a switch that hides the wordmark and any other UI elements you might want gone

One payment of $1.99. It is not a subscription and it never becomes one.

Completely offline
• No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads, no trackers
• The audio is analyzed as it arrives and then thrown away. Nothing is recorded and nothing
leaves the device, because there is nowhere for it to go

A tuner is a tool, not a service. It should not arrive with a monthly bill. And I hate subscriptions.
