Record a line in your own voice, and hear it come back as someone else — a character you picked, or one you built yourself from a few seconds of audio. Mimic is for people who write characters: fan creators, animators, indie game makers, tabletop GMs. Anyone with a whole cast in their head and no cast to record it.

EVERYTHING HAPPENS ON YOUR IPHONE
No subscription. No account. Nothing uploaded. The voice model ships inside the app, so conversion runs on your device — on a plane, on the subway, anywhere with no signal at all. Your recordings never leave your phone unless you share them yourself. That is also why the download is big: you get the whole model, once, instead of renting it by the month.

SIX CHARACTERS TO START WITH
Valiant Adventurer, Mech Guardian, Frontier Mercenary, Apprentice Mage, Archmage, Candy Sprite. Pick one before a take, read your line, and the result plays back on its own. They are original game-style characters, not impressions of real people.

BUILD YOUR OWN CAST
Record three to five seconds, or import audio you have the rights to, and Mimic keeps it in your voice library. Name it, give it an icon and a colour, tag it. One actor, a whole cast.

READ THE LINE, HEAR THE CHARACTER
Hold to record, up to thirty seconds a take. Say whatever you like — Mimic keeps your timing, your emphasis and your pauses, and changes only the voice. There is no typing and no script box. It is your performance, in their voice.

TAKE IT INTO YOUR PROJECT
Every conversion is saved and filed under the voice that made it. Replay a take, export a single WAV, or export a voice's entire history as one ZIP and drop it straight into your editor.
