One Pencil is a complete photo toolkit that never leaves your phone.

Every tool — background removal, object removal, OCR, translation, image classification — runs entirely on-device using Apple's own Vision, Core Image, and Translation frameworks. Nothing is uploaded to a server. There's no AI subscription service reading your photos, because there's no server in the loop at all.
