Step into the shoes of terminal chief Dispatcher Penny: board queued passengers onto color-matched buses, fill every seat, and send the bus off with a "Kinetic Dispatch." What looks like a simple loop turns into real strategy once crowded queues and race-the-clock levels kick in.
