Salat Times is an ad-free Sunni prayer companion for iPhone and iPad, with a clear interface in English and Arabic.

PRAYER TIMES
• View Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times, calculated on your device.
• On Fridays, Dhuhr is labelled Jumuah. Its calculated time is a reference, not an exact mosque timetable.
• See Islamic midnight: the midpoint between Maghrib and the following Fajr, with an overnight countdown toward Fajr.
• Use your current location or search over 235,000 cities and towns offline, without granting location access.
• Choose your calculation method and Standard or Hanafi Asr calculation.

REMINDERS AND ATHAN
• Receive a local Athan notification when each obligatory prayer begins.
• Choose pop-up + sound, sound only, silent pop-up, or Off.
• Optionally enable “Notify me 15 minutes before athan time.”
• Automatic Friday reminders say “Jumaa will start soon” 20 minutes before calculated Dhuhr for your selected location. Actual Jumaa times vary by mosque.
• Choose three licensed mosque recordings: Makkah, Madinah, and Besim Azemi at Malmö Mosque.
• Preview recordings and test an Athan alert after 10 seconds.

WIDGETS AND DYNAMIC ISLAND
• Small Home Screen widget: next prayer, prayer time and remaining time.
• Medium Home Screen widget: the next prayer plus the following three times.
• Add Lock Screen widgets and an optional Live Activity on supported devices.
• See the countdown in Dynamic Island on a compatible iPhone.
• Refresh prayer displays in Settings or with a Control Center control on iOS 18 and later.
• Turn the Live Activity on or off. Background refresh is managed by iOS and is not guaranteed.

QIBLA AND CALENDARS
• Find the Qibla with a compatible device compass, or view its calculated true-north bearing.
• Browse Gregorian and Umm al-Qura Hijri calendars.
• Navigate separate Today, Calendar, Qibla, Athan and Settings tabs.
• Choose light, dark or system appearance. Numbers follow your app language setting.

NO ADS. NO ACCOUNTS.
Salat Times has no advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts or in-app purchases. Prayer calculations and preferences stay on your device. Manual city search works offline. A discreet in-app notice lets you know when a newer compatible release is available; the app checks Apple's public listing when opened, up to once a day.

Notification delivery, compass readings and Live Activity refreshes depend on hardware, permissions and iOS settings. Silent Mode and Focus may suppress alerts. Open the app periodically to replenish scheduled notifications. iOS may end Live Activities or delay background transitions. Sunrise and Midnight are reference times and do not trigger Athan alerts. Calculated times and city coverage vary by location and calculation method. Confirm your mosque's Friday timetable locally. No exact mosque timetable is claimed.
