Not a wall of text. Recap writes structured notes broken into chapters you can skim, with the definitions, formulas and worked examples kept in full. Anything your lecturer marked as exam-relevant is flagged.

"What did she say about mitosis?" Recap answers from that recording only, and cites the timestamp. Tap it and the audio jumps to the exact second. If a topic was never
mentioned, it says so instead of inventing an answer.

Recordings are uploaded only to be transcribed, then deleted from our servers once your notes are written. The copy you play back lives on your phone. We do not use
your recordings to train AI models.

A NOTE ON ACCURACY
Transcription can mishear names, formulas and technical terms, and the notes are generated from that transcript. Check anything that matters against your slides or
your lecturer. Every claim is timestamped so you can hear the original in one tap.
