First Seek locks the apps that pull you (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and any app you choose) until you take two minutes to pray. It runs on Apple's Screen Time, the same system behind parental controls, so the app is really held shut. Not a reminder you can swipe away.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps to lock, and the hours they should close.
2. When you open one, you get a shield instead of the feed.
3. Pray for two minutes, guided line by line. At amen, your apps unlock.
